there is Newton's third law in walking
When you walk your foot pushes on the floor and the floor pushes back on you - in the opposite direction, by this procedure you walk
to understand this lets compare it with bird
when bird pushes it's wings back ( we push on ground ) the wind pushes it forward ( floor pushes us in opposite direction) due to Newton's third law of motion and it moves forward
similar , process happens when we walk
hope this helps u

The reaction force is what makes you movebecause it acts on you. Newton's Third Law of Motion explains that forces always come in action-reaction pairs. The Third Law states that for every action force, there is an equal and opposite reaction force. Imagine hitting a baseball.
