Explanation:

ok so ,

  1. first you have to take 2 test tubes and name them as A and B and fill them 1ml of starch solution .
  2. Now, just add 1ml of saliva to the test tube A not B now leave both the test tubes undisturbed and do not touch or disturb them for 20-30 minutes .
  3. after 20-30minutes , add a few drops of dilute iodine solution to both the test tubes .
  4. then identify that in which test tube do you see or observe a colour change .
  5. and note that this indicates the presence or absence of starch in both the test tubes .
  6. and answer the last question that is :- what does this tells us about the action of saliva on starch .

ok so after answering these three by observing the experiment you will complete your activity.
