Answer:
Hey Mate✋✋✋........ Here I have tried to give you the most plausible answer.......
the amendments made in the constitution in 1992 was added in the constitution as 11th and 12th schedule and it was implemented in the year 1993
the eleventh schedule is about the decentralization in the rural areas while the twelfth schedule is about the decentralization in the urban areas the the amendments was 72nd and the 73rd amendment
in these amendments it was written in the Constitution that all the state have to form Panchayati Raj and municipalities and also it had to give some Power powers to them elections are compulsory for them from henceforth and also the state government has to find these local self governments and at last State Election Commission will be formed which will be responsible for the elections in the rural as well as urban areas for Panchayati Raj and municipalities so these were the amendments that were done in the constitution in the year 1992 related to the decentralisation in India
decentralization means giving the power to local governments away from the central and state governments
I hope that it was helpful to you.............I tried my best.
