The aspects which makes the judiciary independent organ of state are....

1. It's independent existence from other organs of the parliament

2. The government has no rights to influence or take part in the decision of the court

3. The law or any bill can be cancelled by the courts

4. No bill or act can be launched by government to control the functioning of court

5. The constitutional rights of the court are specially well defined in our indian constitution
