Answer:

Balanced forces do not cause a change in motion. When balanced forces act on an object at rest, the object will not move. If you push against a wall, the wall pushes back with an equal but opposite force. Neither you nor the wall will move. Forces that cause a change in the motion of an object are unbalanced forces.

Balanced force :-

if the resultant of several forces acting on a body is zero the forces are said to be balanced forces

example :- if a wooden block on a table is tied with strings A and b on opposite faces and the two strings are pulled together with equal force the block does not know the two forces are now balanced

Unbalanced force :-

Unbalanced force if the resultant of several forces acting on a body is not equal to zero the forces are said to be unbalanced.

example :- In the above example if the force applied on string A is greater than force applied on string b then the block will move towards a this is unbalanced.
