Answer:

Blue has very low wavelenght so spreads into the whole sky during the day...

Red has the highest wavelenght so it does spread and remains as the colour of the sun

But during sunset the red color spread with yellow to make the whole sky look line orange

Since blue colour has a very less wavelength and also the particles present in the atmosphere are too so the particles are able to scatter the blue colour the most above our head...

but in the dawn and dusk the sun is on the horizon and the distance become more so only the largest wavelength i.e. red colour reaches the surface of the Earth..
