Strong Nuclear force-The force that holds the nucleus together, it’s carried by gluons. Causes most of the mass in an atom.
Electromagnetic force- the force that pushes the nucleus apart, it’s carried by photons. Responsible for alpha decay, it’s also how we see and why magnets work.
Gravity- the weirdest force, carried by the graviton. The weakest of the four, yet dominates over the entire universe. Pulls things together.
