Hey mate ☺

The cause Cramps after excessive physical exercise is all due to the anaerobic respiration.

The cause of cramps after physical exercise is the production of lactic acid in the muscle. This makes the muscle stiff and rigid. When vigorous exercise is undertaken this production of lactic acid leads to cramps.

Sometimes, when there is a lack of oxygen in our muscle cells, another pathway for the break down of pyruvate is taken. Here the pyruvate is converted in Lactic acid which is also a three-carbon molecule. This build-up of lactic acid which is also a three carbon molecule. The build up of Lactic acid in our muscles due to excessive physical exercise cause cramps.

Hope it helps you ☺✌✌

This is because a lot of lactic acid gets produced in our body due to excess excersize this can cause cramps due to accumulation of lactic acid.

This can be prevented by massaging ur leg with hot bag.
