German investment and economic recovery was totally on short term loans from USA
USA withdrew this support when it faced great economic depression..
IMPACT: 1) Industrial production reduced to 40%
2) Workers lost their job or paid low wages.
3) No. of unemployed touched 6 million.
4) Unemployed youth resorted to criminal.
5) Middle classes show their saving diminishing.
6) Businessman and self employed were filled with the fear of getting poor.
