Deepening of democracy:
(a) Deepening of democracy involves strengthening the institutions and the practices of democracy.
(b) The ordinary people have different expectations from democracy in different societies.
(c) It wants more of people's participation and control.
(d) They want to bring down the control of rich and powerful people in the making of the governmental decision. 
In India due to corruption and economical status made the country to face deepening of democracy as a biggest challenge

Answer:it is faced by ebery democracy in one form or the other.

This involves the lack of practices of democracies and peoples cant realize their expectations of democracies.

In lndia ,many illiterate people do not realise their right to speech & expression.

Poor people do not realize the real meaning of democracy& how to get the taste of a meaningful life.
