Hello mate

The changes occuring during the burning of candle are :

  1. Physical change - Melting of wax  as this is reversible and no new substance is formed.
  2. Chemical change - Burning of thread as this is irreversible and a new substance ( soot) is formed.

Hope this helps u.

1. Change in its state ie, solid to semi-liquid due to the melting of wax.

2. Heat change ie, the temperature of the candle changes.

3. Size change ie, due to continous burning the size of the candle will get smaller.

4. Shape of the candle may also change.

i think thats all.
