Explanation:

I am not very good to answer questions but yet I will try to answer the best I can the characteristics of a chemical change of a mass of a original substance is defined as chemical change is a change which cannot be reversed hence also known as a reversible change or chemical change has some equal and opposite examples of its own chemically and components materials such as a candle in a candle the wax of the candle does not changes its chemical composition but I guess the thread in the candle burns and that represents the sign of a chemical change but the fact that is melted which has still not changed into the chemical change is in form of a physical change that is Irreversible

A process in whivh new substances are formed whose properties and compositions are different from the original substance..

For Eg:. Burning of wood,rusting of iron etc..

Characteristics Properties of Chemical Change : -

★Im a chemical change the properties of the products formed are very different from the properties of the reactants.

★Chemical change is Permanent.

★Chemical change is irreversible.Original substance cannot be regained by removing the cause of the change or by simple physical methods.

★Chemical change is always accompained by energy changes,Energy in the form of heat and light is either ansorbed or released..
