Chemical coordination in humans is facilitated by hormones which are chemical compounds released by endocrine glands.
Some hormones:
Growth hormone is released by Pitutary gland which is responsible for growth and development.
Thyroxine is released by the Thyroid gland which is responsible for the metabolism of fats, carbohydrates and proteins.
Insulin is released by the Pancreas which is responsible for controlling blood-sugar levels in the body.
Hope this helps!!:)
