IVF- it is a In vitro fertilisation. It is the process of fertilisation where an egg is combined with sperm outside the body.

It is the process stimulating the ovulating process in female and remove ovum from the ovaries and take sperms from male and letting sperm fertilise them in a liquid in a laboratory.
