JRD Tata was one of the best known leaders. If for the politics, we see Gandhi as our Father Figure then, for industries, we would see JRD as a Father Figure.

JRD Tata was one of the best known leaders. If for the politics, we see Gandhi as our Father Figure then, for industries, we would see JRD as a Father Figure.He was approachable and Diplomatic. He made friends easily because he could gel with people and he was never rude. He always answered in a diplomatic way which made the other person to know that he did not agree to his/her idea but still a friend. For example, when Nehru went against Industrialist, he was very angry with him. But, he let him know in a diplomatic way.
