Fundamental Rights are considered those rights which basic to every human being. These rights are must t or the development and realisation of one's personality. These rights are as natural human beings as their own life.
In Indian Constitution part 3rd cantinans Fundamental Rights extending from article 12 to 35.
These rights are available to all citizens of India with out any descrimination on the basis of religion, caste, creed, birth etc
These Rights are 6 in number
1.Right to Equality.
2.Right to Freedom.
3.Right against Exploitation.
4.Right to Freedom of Religion.
5.Cultural and Educational Rights.
6.Right to Constitutional Remedies
