Hey mate here is ur answer..

If the elected government loses its majority befor completing its term in the Parliament or if the parties of the coalition government withdraw there support resulting in the loss of majority support for the government and if no alternative government is possible then election are held befor the completion of the term.They are called as mid term election.....
