Elections could be Democratic if
.EC (election commission) follow its functions properly
. Everyone above the age of 18 should vote so as to choose their govt by themselves
.No bribe( rishwat) should be here while elections because of this many times people votes to wrong party.
.Everybody must be aware of his rights as well as their responsibilities for the country's future while voting someone.
