1st one thing which is present or together.
example ---- she lives with her parents.
2nd to describe the how the object or person appearance look.
example --- a girl with red hair.
3rd if we take the side of group or follow them. example --- Are you with us or not
4th if condition of fight someone
example --- you can fight with that person.
