the cardiac conduction system is a group of specialised cardiac muscle cell in wall of heart that send signal to heart muscle causing it to contract . the main component of cardiac conduction system are the SA node, AV node, bundle of his , bundle branches and parkinji fibre....

The conduction system of heart depends on the below main components. They are

The SA node which is also known as the anatomical pacemaker,

The AV node,

Bundle of HIS,

Purkinje Fibers and  

Bundle branches.

It all starts with a contract of atrial muscles that was induced by the SA node. The initiation of contraction travels from the SA node to the AV node and other above said components and make the ventricles to contract.
