2. Used with unique things or person.

Indefinite Article: “A / AN”

Indefinite articles are used before countable or singular (general) nouns. E.g. I will buy a house soon. I ate an orange.

Zero Article/ No Article:

Zero Article means when articles are not required.  

1. Used with countable plurals. E.g. Ram & Edward are students or I like flowers.

2. Used with Uncountable nouns: E.g., knowledge is infinite or Air is life.

3. Used with geographical features, such as mountains, lake, continents etc.

4. Used with days, months, seasons and holidays.

5. Used with institutions or places.

6. Used with Prepositions etc.

In some exceptional cases if the noun requires modification definite or indefinite article can be used.  

E.g., The most adventurous trip.
