Explain the councill of Minister?? pls ans it on briefly and points..

(1) The council of minister comprises of the Prime Minister, the cabinet ministers and the ministers of state.

(2) Ministers are appointed by the president on the advice of the prime minister. There is no fixed qualification for becoming a minister except that a minister must be a member of either house of the parliament.

(3) In case a non member is made a minister, he/she can continue only for a maximum period of six months or he/she has to secure a seat in either house of the parliament within this period.
