Cytoplasm:

It is jelly like substance that occur between the plasma member and the nucleus. Cell organelles like mitrochondria Ribosomes ,Golgi body etc. are present in cytoplasm .The cytoplasm helps in exchange of materials between cell organelles.

Cytoplasmic membrane:

The plasma membrane (also known as the cell membrane or cytoplasmic membrane) is a biological membrane that separates the interior of a cell from its outside environment. The primary function of the plasma membrane is to protect the cell from its surroundings.

Nucleus:

it is a spherical structure located in centre of the cell .It is also known as brain of the cell as it control the activities of cell .It is separated from cytoplasm cell membrane called nuclear membrane.
