Explain the difference between political executive and permanent executive

Political executive -

One that is elected by the people for a specific period,is called the political executive.
They makes law and policies.
They are elected by the people and can be changed in the next election.

Permanent executive -

They are appointed by the government on a long term basis.
They are in charge of the 'executive ' of the policies of the government.
They are parmanent and remain in the office even when the ruling party changes.

Political executives- they are executives who are elected for a short and limited time period. our prime minister and council of ministers are political executives.

Permanent executives- they are executives who are not elected but are appointed through various examinations. they work until their retirement or dismissal or resignation. various IAs, IPs, etc. are permanent  executives.
