REGULAR REFLECTION :-
when the incident Ray is parallel to reflected Ray, it's called regular reflection. regular reflection takes place when the surface of reflection is smooth. for example - mirror
IRREGULAR REFLECTION :-
in this type of reflection, incident rays are parallel but reflected rays are not parallel to incident rays. this reflection takes place when the surface of reflection is rough or irregular surfaces. for example - bark of a tree.
