Niche is the combined biological, physical and chemical factors that influence the survival and health of a species. For example, its role as a predator and prey in a food web while habitat this is the type of place where an organisim normally lives. It can either be aquatic(living water) or terrestrial(living on land) e.g. Habitat of gazelle is open grassland;of leopard is woodland;and that of tilapia fish is a fresh water river or lake
Hope it helps..
