The difference between the sector and segment.

A sector is the part of a circle enclosed by two radii of a circle and their intercepted arc. A pie-shaped part of a circle whereas A segment is the region between a chord of a circle and its associated arc. ... A chord is a line that links two points on a circle or curve (it doesn't have to pass through the centre).
