Explain the difference in reactivity of sodium and aluminium towards water with suitable chemical equations. pls fast㏒㏑

Answer:

Sodium is a highly reactive metal which even reacts with cold water violently. the reaction is so violent and exothermic that the evolved hydrogen immediately catches fire. Metals like aluminium neither react with cold water or hot water but react with steam to forma metal oxide and hydrogen gas.
