  1. The sector in which the employment terms are fixed and employees have assured work is Organised sector.
  2. Governed by Various acts like Factories Act, Bonus Act, PF Act, Minimum Wages Act etc.

unorganised sector

  1. The sector that comprises of small scale emterprises or units and are not registered with the government
  2. Not governed by any act.
  3. Government rules are not Strictly followed
  4. no job security
  5. working hours are not fixed
  6. Less than the salary prescribed by the government.
