Explain the digestion of carbohydrates, proteins and fats in human beings.​

Carbohydrates, proteins, and fats are digested in the intestine, where they are broken down into their basic units: Carbohydrates into sugars. Proteins into amino acids. Fats into fatty acids and glycerol.

carbohydrates are the important substances which enter our body if we eat potatoes and bread as same proteins from eggs and fats from oily food but carbohydrates helps body to be fit , then proteins keep growth in our body and mostly hairs and at last fats are not much important for our body due to fats we become fat and body becomes unhealthy .
