hey mate here is your answer:-

powers exercised on the advice of CoM (non-directionary powers) president of india is vested with legislative. executive and judicial powers.....the president can summon and dissolve parliment sessions. a 'bill' passed in the parliment can become an 'act' only after the president's approval.
