Explain the divisions of Himalayas on the basis of longitudinal extent (class 9)

Answer. the Himalaya consists of three parallel ranges in its longitudinal extent a number. A number of valleys lie between these ranges. The northernmost range is known as the great on inner Himalayas or the Himadri.
