When the velocity of the particle becomes nearer to the velocity of light, measurement of mass of the particle is found to be increased, time of the frame is found to decrease is found to decrease. These cannot be explained on the basis of classical physics.

Classical physics is found to be inconsistent with Maxwell’s electrodynamics.

Classical physics fails to account for wave like nature of the microscopic particles, blackbody radiation anomalous Zeeman effect fine structures in atomic spectra and photoelectric effect.

Classical physics fails to explain the motion of heavenly bodies in strong gravitational fields e.g. motion of mercury at its perihelion and also it cannot explain bending of light in vicinity of massive gravitational bodies, gravitational lensing etc.
