See as surface area increases the rate of evaporation increases because more water molecules can leave the liquid in a given time.
Coming to humidity, the rate of evaporation is inversely proportional to the humidity at that place. See, if humidity is high it means the air already has a lot of water molecules so it won't accept newer molecules readily.
For wind, it can be said that more the wind speed more will be the rate of evaporation because when there are strong winds the evaporated water molecules are carried away hence there is space for newer ones as humidity doesn't increase and there is no saturation of water molecules.
