This act mainly points on the matter that for a particular work all the workers should be given or provided with the same wages irrespective of their caste , creed , religion and gender .

All should be paid with the equal remunerations .

Before the men used to get more salary than the women for the same work though the women works more than the men . But now according to the law or article of the constitution this is strictly prohibited .
