Explanation:

A pleasure to answer this vitally important question in our Democratic Republic.

The main requirements for a successful Democratic Republic of India are :—

(1) All the Citizens need to be Law Abiding.

(2) The abominable Political practice of giving Party Tickets, during Elections , and subsequently the Ministerial berths, on the basis of Caste, Religion , Sex, Language , Community and Region be Abolished.

(3) In our Democratic Republic , Social Justice and Positive Discrimination are laudable objectives.

It is laughable that more than 70% of our 135 crore population carries hereditary Caste and EWS Certificates and are eligible for Reservation.

Total Reservation, whatever the reason, has no business to exist beyond 20%.

(4) Promising “More and yet More” Reservation during Election Campaigns be made a Criminal Offence with 10 years RI.

(5) Any sort of “Appeasement” of a community by agreeing to their unconstitutional and illegal demands, by our Political Leaders, too has to be a Criminal Offence.

For example:— By promising seperate hospitals, schools, courts, laws and industrial zones for the exclusive use by one Religious Community is obnoxious and against Democratic norms.

(6) The extreme Blasphemy against our Democratic Republic, by a mob or crowd Yelling Anywhere the slogans like “Bharat Tere Tukde ! Tukde !” , “Har ghar se Afzal Niklega ! “ be made a Capital Offence. To be shot dead on the spot.

(7) To promote and propagate that our Democratic Republic be Converted into a Caliphate or an Islamic State should be severely punishable by Death Criminal offence .

(8) To promote, propagate and attempt to pulverize our Democratic Republic into a Mao State be made a Capital Offence. The CRPF is doing a great job with the Red Terror Maoists.

(9) Any attempt at forced or Induced Religious Conversion of any person, be made punishable by Life Imprisonment.

(10) To demand Koranic Sharia Laws or Nizam e Mustafa in our Democratic Republic be made a Crime punishable with Life Imprisonment/ or death by hanging or bullet.

(11) To write Untruthful and Misleading History for Students that is unsubstantied by scientific, archaeological or forensic evidence or by ignoring the historical evidence to the contrary, be made an offence punishable with Life Imprisonment or Death by Hanging.

(12) Research Methodology be made a Compulsory Subject for the study of every Scientific , Arts and Humanities Subject .

(13) Any Political Leader of a State who demands or promotes “Autonomy” or “Azadi" or “Jinnah wali Azadi” or demands “Win our Hearts" from the Democratic Republic of India, be shot dead immediately by a Lt General, or Chief of the NSA, or by the Leader of the main Opposition Party.

The above-mentioned points (1) to (13) are sufficient to start with.

Let us implement it all immediately .

A question arises as to what is this “Minority” “Majority” business ? Does our Constitution mention or define it ? Never read about or heard of it.

The larger question is:—

Do we have the guts to spill the blood of our internal enemies in order to protect and nurture our Democratic Republic ?
