energy is within every body because it is conserved i.e. when we are sitting on a tall building it is called potential energy which is mgh the product of mass gravity and height . the energy possed by a body virtue of itz position is potential energy

then the workdone = m×g×h (g is the gravity)

so, this implies a a body posses energy , that s called the potential energy
