RequirEd solution:

Explain with appropriate diagram:

Newton's experiment showing that white light of the Sun (sunlight) is composed of seven colours.

Firstly we have to make a circular shaped disc, circle should be perfect. It must be of approx 20 in radius that is 10 in diameter.

Circular shaped disc is shown like the below mentioned diagram:

\setlength{\unitlength}{1cm}\begin{picture}(0,0)\thicklines\qbezier(2.3,0)(2.121,2.121)(0,2.3)\qbezier(-2.3,0)(-2.121,2.121)(0,2.3)\qbezier(-2.3,0)(-2.121,-2.121)(0,-2.3)\qbezier(2.3,0)(2.121,-2.121)(-0,-2.3)\end{picture}

After making that disc we have to divide it into seven segments. Afterthat we have to colour it's segment with different colours but of VIBGYOR colour band. VIBGYOR stands for violet, indigo, blue, green, yellow, orange and red. Colour it. If you don't want to colour then take paper strips of these colour and paste it gently.

Afterthat you have to make small hole between the disc and have to attach a strip of wood here as given in attachment 1st.

Now you have rotate it then observing it, it will be white in colour while rotating as given in attachment 2nd.

Now we observe that the seven colour disc that is also known as Newton's disc be white. That's all show that white light of the Sun (sunlight) is composed of seven colours.
