(a) It depends on how the people perceive their identities . If they perceive their identities in singular and exclusive terms ( like in srilanka ) , it become difficult to accommodate . If they perceive their identities in multiple complementary with nation

(Eg :- Belgium ), it is easier to accommodate

(b). It depends on how the political parties raise the issue . If they raise the issues that are within the Constitutional framework and not at the cost of other communities , it leads to peace in the country
