Temperature: when the temperature is increased the particles gain more energy, thus they get latent heat of vaporisation and easily turns into vapour. So, when temperature is increased the rate of evaporation increases.

Surface area: the surface area is the space taken by the liquid. When the surface area is increased more particles get into contact with the air and thus gets evaporated easily.

Wind: the wind blows out humid air and thus enabling more particles to evaporate.

Humidity: humidity is the amount of water vapour in the air.

When there is humidity, less water molecules can fill that space thus humidity decreases the rate of evaporation.
