(2) Economy:

The cost of goods and values to the end user determine the movement of goods and value addition. The overall economics of a particular industry or trade is an important factor in globalisation.

(3) Resources and Markets:

The natural resources like minerals, coal, oil, gas, human resources, water, etc. make an important contribution in globalisation.

FACTORS LEADING TO GLOBALISATION

⇒ Interdependence leads to globalisation. As we depend on each other in the Society , we are actually contributing to Globalisation.

⇒ Development and competition forces us to depend on each other and co operate with one another . This leads to globalisation.

⇒ For achieving certain aims , the countries need to unite and co operate with each other and hence leading to globalisation.

⇒ To prevent wars. Globalisation creates friendly relations between countries and can prevent wars.

Hope it helps :-)
