Division of work:-This principle of Fayol tells us that whole work should be divided into small task or parts and each individual should be assigned or given only one part of the work according to his ability and capability,rather than giving whole work to one person.

◘when an individual or a person performs a part of job again and again then he will become an expert in that field due to this it leads to specialisation.

⟐Example:-In our daily life whenever we goes to the bank we see one person is giving cash,one person is receiving cash,one is giving loan,one is making entry in the passbook etc.So,here we see that work is divided into parts and bank operates efficiently.
