Hai,

round worms belongs to phylum Nemathelminthes/aschelminthes.

They appear circular in cross section,so they are considered as roundworms.

bilateral symmetry triploblastic organ system level.

Some round worms are  parasitic to  man like pinworm,hookworm,whipworm

Characteristics of round worms:-

1. They maybe free -living,aquatic and terrestrial or parasitic in plants and animals.

2.They have organ-system level of body organization.

3.They are bilaterally symmetrical,triploblastic and pseudo corporate animal.

4.Alimentary canal is complete with a well developed muscular pharynx.

5.An excretory removes body wastes from the body cavity through the excretory pore.

7.Fertilization is internal and development may be direct.
