2. The constution gives us fundamental rights and duties which can't be violated by anyone.
3. The people of India have been given right of universal adult franchise(which means people which are of age 21 or above it can vote).
4. The Indian Constitution chose the Parliamentary form of government. In a Parliamentary form of government executive is part of the legislature and there is a collective responsibility of the council of ministers to the legislaturit also contains many unitary features such as a strong center.
