amoeba doesn't have oral aperture. Food is captured by pseudopodia. The food gets enclosed in vesicle called food vaculoe.
Digestion in amoeba is intracelluar. tiny lysosomes with digest ice enzymes fuse with the food vaculoe releasing their enzymes & complete the digestiom process.
