Flemings Right Hand Rule shows the direction of induced emf in the conductor when the conductor is attached to the circuit and the circuit moves in the magnetic field.
The index finger shows the direction of the magnetic field, middle finger shows direction of current and thumb represents the direction of induced emf, all perpendicular to each other.
