The answers to ur questions are as follows....
1)Bcz of body's inertia, it is dangerous to move out of a moving vehicle..
It can be minimized by moving out of the vehicle when it comes fully at rest...
2)Because of Newton's 3 rd law which States that to every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.... So if force is applied backwards then the force applied by water would be in forward direction....
