- Calamine lotion is applied on bee sting to over come the infection that can cause by bee sting.
- in case of ant bite base is applied because when ant bite it injects formic acid and to over come from the pain of ant bite .
- slaked lime is added to the factory waste before it is discharged into rivers because waste materials of factory are acidic in nature which can lower the pH of the river and can cause harm to river . hence, slaked lime is added to neutrelize the acid and it won't harm river water.
