b) In the Tyndall effect, light passes through solution, but light is scattered when it passes through colloid.

1)A homogeneous non crystalline substance consist of large molecules and ultramicroscopic particle of one substance dispersed through a second substance called colloid.
2)Tyndall effects is a light scattering by particle in a colloid or else particle ln a very fine suspension. It is named after 19 century physicist John Tyndall.
3)A fine dispersion of minutes droplet of one liquid in another in which it is not soluble.
