SPECIATION. A species may be defined as a group of organization capable of interbreeding and producing fertile off springs. The process of formation of new species from existing one by evolutionary means is known asspeciation.

Natural selection-According to Darwin's theory of evolution., natural selection may be defined as the process by which the organisms which are better adaptive to a particular kind of environment tends to survive, leading in the elimination of the organism less adaptive to that environment. These organisms are naturally selected reproduce to pass on their genetic qualities suitable to that environment making their species best suitable to that particular environment.

1.Speciation is the evolutional process by which new biological species arise.Speciation can be natural and can occur as a normal part of evolutionary process. Changes in allelic frequencies are brought about by the effect of natural selection and may lead eventually, to *Speciation*
2.Natural Selection selects, by natural means and thus the name, advantageous mutation that happen to arise and get passed on to descendants. This process of descent with modification across the generations, as acted upon by *Natural Selection* is termed evolution.. Sometimes, it results in new species and the appearance of new species is known as Speciation... Both the terms are intermingled... I have tried my best to make the both terms understandable.. I hope that helps in some way...
